I can’t say enough good things about Goldstone Financial Group. My wife Cheryl and I have had financial advisors through our employers which was minimal at best and then transitioned to a financial advisor when my wife left for another job. The comparisons between what we had to what we have now is just unbelievable. We were initially introduced to Anthony the CEO. He is a pleasant and welcoming personality and not a stuffy CEO in the least. Phillip our chief financial planner has just done amazing things with our portfolios since taking over. My wife and I were getting close to retirement and there were lots of questions and anxiety as we went from making money working to living on what we had saved and invested. Not only did he get all our various accounts in a fashion that made it easier to access and withdraw from, but his coworkers are tax experts and retirement experts. Goldstone Financial Group really helped navigate us through a challenging time in our life AND I might add, without even asking, somehow got our taxes to be around $300 to the Feds and $50 back from the state! Absolutely amazing with our first year retirement taxes. He got us through the transition and cannot thank him enough for what he did and continues to do for us. Phillip, my wife and I had quarterly meetings at first but really the tax thing just happened in the background. Phillip is so pleasant and easy to understand and if we don’t understand he explains it in a way we both can comprehend. Even though the company is in Chicago and we live in Wichita KS and we’ve never personally met, we both consider him a friend and not just a financial advisor. EVERYONE we have had interactions with at Goldstone Financial Group have been pleasant, understanding, and helpful as we traversed this new chapter in our lives.
