Stephen LaPointe serves as Chief Operations Officer, overseeing day to day operations, including portfolio administration, billing, reporting, technology platforms, vendor management, and operational risk controls.

With over 20 years of experience in investment and wealth management operations, Stephen has led multi- office-back-office teams, managed large scale portfolio management system implementations, and executed complex firm integrations. His background includes direct accountability for billing thousands of client accounts, regulatory and operational audits, data conversions, and process standardization.

Stephen earned his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Western Michigan University. He is recognized for building disciplined operating models, developing strong teams, and delivering reliable, scalable operations that support growth and client service.
